Delivery of Goods
- Physical products (such as CDs and merchandise): Orders are shipped within Lithuania via standard post. Delivery times may vary, but the usual timeframe is 3–5 business days.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Our refund and returns policy complies with EU consumer protection laws. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
- Physical products (e.g., CDs, merchandise): You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing any reason, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Digital products (e.g., music downloads): Refunds are not available once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, in accordance with the EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (detailed version) as well as Lithuanian implementation under the Civil Code (Article 6.228). By purchasing digital products, you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has started.
Exemptions from Returns
Certain goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
- Gift cards.
- Opened CDs, vinyls, DVDs, or other sealed media, unless defective.
To complete your return of physical goods, we require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns of Physical Products
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Items that have been opened (e.g., CDs, vinyls, DVDs) cannot be refunded unless defective.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Only the price of the returned product(s) will be refunded.

- Order number
- Product name
- Quantity
- Reason for return
We will respond within 5 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days.
- Refunds are ussualy issued to the original method of payment.
- If you paid by bank transfer, please include your IBAN so we can process the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after confirmation:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider or bank (processing times may vary).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@majustakas.com with your order details.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return once approved.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address we will provide you.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.
